Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC DBA HarrahsCasino.com (“CIENJ”) Weekly Playback Bonus Promotion refers to the online event occurring from August 5, 2018 12:00am to September 1, 2018 11:59pm (the “Promotional Period”). All times are Eastern Time.
Terms and conditions for any HarrahsCasino.com bonus promotion are to be read in conjunction with the HarrahsCasino.com Terms of Service http://www.harrahscasino.com/policies/termsconditions/ (the “Terms of Service”), the HarrahsCasino.com Bonus Policy https://www.harrahscasino.com/policies/bonuspolicy (the “Bonus Policy”) and the General Promotion Rules https://www.harrahscasino.com/policies/general-promotion-rules. In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Policy and/or the General Promotion Rules and the specific promotion terms herein, the specific promotion terms herein shall prevail. In the event of a conflict between the Terms of Service and the specific promotion terms herein, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
PROMOTION SPECIFIC RULES:

- If a player fails to meet the minimum 100 OTC hurdle for the week, they will not receive playback bonus that week but are still eligible to continue the program for weeks they qualify.

- For this bonus, net losses are calculated on the Monday of the following week based on the following formula:
- Weekly Net Loss = (Total Wagers from Sunday to Saturday of prior week) – (Total Wins from Sunday to Saturday of prior week)
- For example: Player wagered $20,000 from Sunday to Saturday and had wins totalling $19,500 and earned 1,000 OTCs. The player would be eligible for 10% playback on ($20,000 – $19,500 = $500)*10% = $50.
- Playback Bonuses will be added to player accounts by the Monday of the following week.
- Bonus funds are valid on all games.
Weekly Playback Earning Periods:
- Earning periods for weekly playback are as follows:
- Week 1: 12:00am ET on August 5, 2018 ending at 11:59pm ET on August 11, 2018.
- Week 2: 12:00am ET on August 12, 2018 ending at 11:59pm ET on August 18, 2018.
- Week 3: 12:00am ET on August 19, 2018 ending at 11:59pm ET on August 25, 2018.
- Week 4: 12:00am ET on August 26, 2018 ending at 11:59pm ET on September 1, 2018.
Wagering Requirements:
- All Bonus Funds associated with the above promotion are subject to HarrahsCasino.com discretion and all terms and conditions.
- Players who receives a playback bonus must wager five (5) times the bonus amount(the “Wagering Requirement”) in order to be eligible to withdraw the bonus or any winnings wagers made with the bonus funds.
- For example: A player receiving $350 in bonus funds would have to wager $1750 (5 x $350) in order to withdraw the bonus funds and any winnings.
- Players have 7 days to satisfy the Wagering Requirements from the day the bonus funds are awarded. Failing to do so will result in the expiration and forfeiture of any remaining bonus amount.
