Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC DBA HarrahsCasino.com (“CIENJ”) $15,000 Gas Card Giveaway refers to the online event occurring from May 1, 2022 at 12:00am ET  to  May 8, 2022 at 11:59pm ET. All times are Eastern Time.

Terms and conditions for any HarrahsCasino.com bonus promotion are to be read in conjunction with the HarrahsCasino.com Terms of Service http://www.harrahscasino.com/policies/termsconditions/ (the “Terms of Service”), the HarrahsCasino.com Bonus Policy https://www.harrahscasino.com/policies/bonuspolicy (the “Bonus Policy”) and the General Promotion Rules https://www.harrahscasino.com/policies/general-promotion-rules. In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Policy and/or the General Promotion Rules and the specific promotion terms herein, the specific promotion terms herein shall prevail.  In the event of a conflict between the Terms of Service and the specific promotion terms herein, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

Claiming the Bonus:

  • To qualify for this promotion, players must opt-in through the marketing communication.
  • Once a player has opted in, player will earn one (1) ticket for logging into their HarrahsCasino.com account per day.
  • Once a player has opted in, player will earn one (1) ticket for every Tier Credit earned on Blackjack, Roulette, or Video Poker.
  • Once a player has opted in, player will earn two (2) tickets for every Tier Credit earned on Slots.
  • Players who earn 2,500 Tier Credits between May 1 – 8 are guaranteed to win a Gas Card.
  • Qualifying wagers must be made between 5/1/2022 and 5/8/2022.
  • No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not improve one’s chances of winning.

  • Drawing will be held on, or before, May 11, 2022. Winners will be announced on May 12, 2022.
  • Each player can only win one (1) prize.
  • Players who earn 2,500 Tier Credits are guaranteed to receive one (1) $100 Gas Card.
  • Players who earn 2,500 Tier Credits will not have their entries included in the drawing.
  • 150 winners will be drawn and will receive a $100 Gas Card per winner.
  • If there are less than 150 eligible participants, the remaining prizes will be forfeited.
  • The gas card would be for either Mobil, Sunoco, Conoco, Shell or Speedway at Harrah’s Casino’s discretion.
  • The gas card will be sent to the winners via email or regular mail within 8 weeks of May 12, 2022.
  • If a physical card is sent via regular mail and is returned to Harrah’s Casino for any reason, the participant will have forfeit the gas card.
  • It is the participant’s sole responsibility to provide Harrah’s Casino with a valid mailing address.
  • If Caesars is unable to fulfill the gas card for any reason, winners will receive $100 in cash in their online account.
  • All prizes $600 or more shall be 1099 reportable and winning patrons shall be responsible for all taxes. In accordance with 13:69O-1.9(n), Caesars Interactive Entertainment accounting/auditing will review, complete and send IRS tax forms to all patrons that have taxable events for poker and casino games and will release player’s funds once completed tax forms are returned and confirmed.

General:

  • Trademarks used herein are owned by Caesars Interactive Entertainment, LLC and its affiliated companies. All other trademarks not owned by Caesars that appear herein are the property of their respective owners.
  • Management reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
  • The CIENJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
  • This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). CIE Promotions will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g)6xiii.
