Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC DBA HarrahsCasino.com (“CIENJ”) 31% Bonus Match on Deposits up to $100 + 5X Reward Credit Multiplier on Select Games (the “Bonus”) refers to the online event occurring on October 31, 2024, at 12:00am and is ongoing until further notice (the “Promotional Period”). All times are Eastern Time.

Terms and conditions for any HarrahsCasino.com bonus promotion are to be read in conjunction with the HarrahsCasino.com Terms of Service http://www.harrahscasino.com/policies/termsconditions/ (the “Terms of Service”), the HarrahsCasino.com Bonus Policy https://www.harrahscasino.com/policies/bonuspolicy (the “Bonus Policy”), and the General Promotion Rules https://www.harrahscasino.com/policies/general-promotion-rules. In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Policy and/or the General Promotion Rules and the specific promotion terms herein, the specific promotion terms herein shall prevail. In the event of a conflict between the Terms of Service and the specific promotion terms herein, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

PROMOTION-SPECIFIC RULES:

• Subject to HarrahsCasino.com’s discretion and the terms and conditions set out below.
• Players will be notified of this promotion via the website, email, social media, in-client banner, or other marketing collateral.
  • Bonus codes, minimum deposit, and promotional dates will be specified in the marketing collateral.
  • Players must claim the offer on the promotional dates between 12:00am to 11:59pm.
  • Offer is non-transferable and may only be claimed by the invited player.
  • Promotion cannot be combined with other offers.

Claiming the Bonus:

• Players must make a qualifying deposit using the bonus code on the HarrahsCasino.com Cashier page.
• Once the bonus has been claimed and a qualifying deposit has been made, bonus play equaling 31% of their deposit amount, up to a maximum of $31 in bonus play, will be added to the player’s account.
  • Players can claim one (1) bonus during the Promotional Period.
  • Players will receive their bonus funds within 72 hours once their deposit is complete.
    • Claiming the deposit match offer will also opt players in to receive a 5X Online Reward Credit Multiplier on select slot games.
      • Eligible games are as follows: Book of Halloween, Halloween Cashpots, and Halloween Jack.
      • One (1) Online Reward Credit is earned for every $10 wagered on all slot games and for every $50 wagered on all other games.
      • For example: A player earns 100 Online Reward Credits® on slot play during the earning period and is awarded a 5X Multiplier. Therefore, the total amount of Online Reward Credits earned is 500.
        • The player’s initial 100 Online Reward Credits earned are automatically added to their account during their gameplay.
        • The remaining 400 Online Reward Credits will be credited to the player’s account balance within 7 days after the earning period has ended.
        • The multiplier can be applied to a maximum of 1,000 Reward Credits. Players can earn up to an additional 4,000 Reward Credits on during the Promotional Period.
        • Details of redeemed bonuses can be viewed by logging in to HarrahsCasino.com, selecting “My Account” and then the “Bonus” tab.

Wagering Requirements:

• All bonus funds associated with the above promotion are subject to HarrahsCasino.com’s discretion and all terms and conditions.
  • Bonus funds will be available on the games or game categories specified on the marketing collateral. If no games are specified, bonus funds will be available on all games.
  • Wagering Requirements on bonus funds vary based on the game type played. Visit http://www.harrahscasino.com/policies/bonuspolicy/ for the contribution rate of each game type.
  • To withdraw the bonus funds and any winnings generated from wagers made with the bonus funds, players must wager the bonus amount (the “Wagering Requirement”) 25x on slot games, and 50x on all other games.
  • As an example, if you received a $60 bonus, and only play slots, you will have to wager a total of $1,500 ($60 x 25) to unlock the winnings.
  • Players have 7 days to satisfy the Wagering Requirements from the day the bonus funds are awarded. Failing to do so will result in the expiration and forfeiture of any remaining bonus amount.
  • Making a withdrawal with any funds locked to a bonus or canceling the bonus itself, prior to satisfying Wagering Requirements will result in the bonus funds and any bonus winnings being forfeited. However, any unused portion of the original deposit amount will be available.

General:

• Must be physically located within the state of New Jersey to participate in any CIENJ promotion and Wager on any device.
• Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government program or by their own request, are not eligible.
• Employees of Caesars Entertainment are not eligible to participate.
• Trademarks used herein are owned by Caesars Interactive Entertainment, LLC and its affiliated companies. All other trademarks not owned by Caesars that appear herein are the property of their respective owners.
• Management reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
• The CIENJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). CIE Promotions will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g)6xiii.
• Bonus is not available on deposits made via PayNearMe or at the Caesars Atlantic City Casino Cage.
• If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Casino which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Casino reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
