Thanksgiving Bonus & Giveaway Promotion Terms and Conditions

Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC DBA HarrahsCasino.com (“CIENJ”) Thanksgiving Bonus & Giveaway Promotion refers to the online event occurring from November 13, 2014 at 12:00am to November 21, 2014 at 11:59pm (the “Promotional Period”). All times are Eastern Time.

Terms and conditions for any HarrahsCasino.com bonus promotion are to be read in conjunction with the HarrahsCasino.com Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) https://www.harrahscasino.com/policies/termsconditions/ and the HarrahsCasino.com Bonus Policy (the “Bonus Policy”) https://www.harrahscasino.com/policies/bonuspolicy/. In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Policy and the specific promotion terms herein, the specific promotion terms herein shall prevail. In the event of a conflict between the Terms of Service and the specific promotion terms herein, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

PROMOTION SPECIFIC RULES:

  1. The Entry Earning Period commences on November 13, 2014 12:00am ET through November 19, 2014 11:59pm ET.
  2. This offer is not valid on first time deposits.
  3. All players who make a deposit of $25-$500 (qualifying deposit) and enter the promotional code THANKSGIVING on the Cashier page during the entry earning period will receive a 20% match bonus (up to $100 in bonus funds) and an entry into the prize drawing.
  4. Prize drawing will take place on Friday, November 21, 2014 at approximately 1:00pm ET.
  5. A player may only redeem the promotional code once during the entry earning period.
  6. Players will earn an additional drawing entry for each Online Reward Credit® earned during the entry earning period.
  7. A free entry is available by emailing your full name, DOB, HarrahsCasino.com User name and customer ID from the email account you registered your account from to OnlinePromotions@harrahs.com. Subject line must read “Thanksgiving Giveaway”. Only one free entry will be allowed.

  9. All Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the drawing.
  10. Bonus funds will be awarded to player accounts within 72 hours of the drawing.
  11. Grand Prize winner is required to submit 1099 before prize can be awarded. Grand Prize winner will have 10 days to respond with completed tax documents to claim their prize.
  12. In the event the winner does not return the tax documents within that time frame, one redraw will take place from the original list of entries. If the new winner does not claim/submit documents within the 10 days, the prize will be forfeited.
  13. All winners of gift cards will receive their gift card via mail to their home address within 7 days of the drawing. The grand prize winner will receive their gift card via mail within 7 days of submitting the 1099.

  17. This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). CIE Promotions will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g)6xiii.
  18. A winners list will be sent to CIE-NJ Accounting department, and compared to the above prize matrix.
  19. 1099 will be required for the grand prize winner. Documentation will be sent to the CIE-NJ Accounting department, and the appropriate tax document will be sent to the winner via secure email. The patron must sign the required tax document and return to the CIE-NJ Accounting department prior to the funds and/or prize being released to the patron.
  20. Rules will be available at HarrahsCasino.com/Promotions. To obtain the names of the winners please send a self- addressed, stamped envelope after (30) days of the completion of the promotions to CIE Promotions, Boardwalk & Park Place, Atlantic City, NJ 08401. Requests must be sent no later than three months after the promotion date.

BONUS SPECIFIC RULES:

  1. Eligibility
    • Subject to HarrahsCasino.com discretion, and the terms and conditions set out below.
    • Offer is available to verified registrants of HarrahsCasino.com making a qualifying deposit during the entry earning period. Players are eligible for one bonus.
    • This offer is not valid on first time deposits.
    • Details of redeemed bonuses can be viewed by logging into HarrahsCasino.com, selecting “My Account” and then the “Bonus” tab.
  2. Wagering Requirements
    • When a player makes a deposit between $25 and $500, they will receive matching bonus funds in an amount equal to 20% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of $100 in bonus funds.
    • In order to be eligible to withdraw the bonus funds and any winnings generated from wagers made therewith, players must wager twenty (20) times the bonus amount (the “Wagering Requirement”).
    • Players have 30 days to satisfy the Wagering Requirements from the date of their Qualifying Deposit. Failing to do so will result in the expiration and forfeiture of any remaining bonus amount and winnings generated with wagers placed with such funds. However, any unused portion of the original deposit will be available.
    • Bonus funds may take up to 72 hours to show in player account once bonus has been claimed.
    • Making a withdrawal with any funds locked to a bonus or cancelling the bonus itself, prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus funds and any bonus winnings being forfeited. However, any unused portion of the original deposit will be available.

GENERAL RULES:

  1. As used herein, “Casino” means HarrahsCasino.com.
  2. Promotion is limited to participants 21 years of age or older with proof of age that Casino, acting in its
    sole and absolute discretion, deems appropriate.
  3. All invited Participants must have a verified Harrah’s Casino.com account. Registering for an account is free and available online at harrahscasino.com
  4. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including gaming, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities.
  5. All Promotion times are approximate. Casino reserves the right to change Promotion times in its sole and absolute discretion.
  6. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government program or by their own request, are not eligible.
  7. Directors and above & officers of Caesars Entertainment as well as all employees from CIE and contractors hired for the operation of the Promotion are excluded from participating in this promotion.
  8. Entries will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.
  9. Casino may cancel, modify, relocate or reschedule the Promotion for any reason with prior notification to the appropriate gaming regulators, to the extent such is required.
  10. Casino is not responsible for, late, or illegible entries, nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Casino, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.
  11. Casino is not responsible for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion, and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.
  12. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Casino which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Casino reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
  13. Casino may impose penalties upon any person who gives, makes, issues, authorizes or endorses any statement or action having, or designed to have, an effect prejudicial or detrimental to the best interest of the Promotion as determined by Casino, acting in its sole and absolute discretion. This may include, but shall not be limited to, expulsion from the event and property and/or loss of the right to participate in this or any other promotion conducted by Casino.
  14. Casino may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of Official Rules or other misconduct while on the property or otherwise occurring whether or not relating to the Promotion or as otherwise reasonable or necessary for Casino to comply with applicable statutes and regulations, in its sole and absolute discretion.
  15. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any program or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Casino reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
  16. All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Promotion rules, eligibility, scheduling and staging of the Promotion, and penalties for misconduct lie solely with Casino, whose decisions are final.

  18. Where a situation arises which is not covered by these Official Rules, Casino shall have the authority to render a judgment, including the imposition of a penalty, in accordance with the best interests of the Promotion and the maintenance of its integrity and public confidence.
  19. Prizes and entries are non-transferable.
  20. With regard to all prizes identified in these Official Rules, Casino reserves the right to substitute prizes that have or have not been awarded as long as the value is substantially the same as the original prize offered in the event that the original prizes become unavailable. In no event will Casino be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.
  21. Any material participants submit to Casino in connection with participation in this Promotion shall become and remains the property of Casino and will not be returned.

  23. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to comply with all rules contained herein.
